Not a fan oof its texture
I liked it but didnt love it. The texture was a little off, maybe I like chunkier kimcchi but I'm sure this is good to make as part of a rice dish.

organic & vegan made with clean simple ingredients
The organic kimchi by Ocean’s Halo is awesome. I really liked it. It has been a nice balance of tangy, Spicy and savoury flavours without being too overpowering. The crunch is great and I appreciate that it’s organic and vegan. It’s perfect as a side dish or tossed into rice and noodles. Definitely a convenient and tasty option for store-bought kimchi.

Not as spicy as I like
I love kimchee but was a bit disappointed with the spice level. This product was extremely difficult to find. Walmart locations near me did not seem to carry the full line of products.
